Mark Satisky

Chief Financial Officer

Mark is a seasoned executive with over 25 years of experience leading and helping expand high-growth technology and services organizations. He brings a wealth of experience in corporate strategy, capital markets, M&A, and corporate finance. Satisky began his career at PwC. He then spent a decade as an investment banker, and he later held executive roles at Momnt, Stord, OSG and NCR. Outside of work, Mark has served on numerous non-profit Boards. Mark received his undergraduate degree from Washington University in St. Louis and received his MBA from Duke University.
