Adam brings over 15 years of experience enabling commercial and public sector clients to transform their operations, workforce, and customer experience by optimizing the use of technology and data. Adam specializes in transportation where he has fostered relationships with leaders at the country's largest transit, DOT, tolling and airport providers. Adam identifies the unique needs of his clients and connects them to the people and capabilities within North Highland to meet those needs. Adam began his career as a consultant with Capgemini serving in such roles as Customer Experience Senior Strategist and Business Process Re-engineering Lead before transitioning into the Business Development. Adam has worked for North Highland since 2016 where he leads our Business Development efforts within transportation.
