Chief Executive Officer

North Highland CEO Alex Bombeck has dedicated his career to helping enterprises transform their organizational and operational processes to support new ways of working, greater enterprise agility, and cultures rooted in collaboration and co-creation. He brings more than 25 years of experience including serving as Chief Digital Officer at Havas Worldwide, and playing pivotal roles in steering digital consulting practices at several agencies. Since joining North Highland in 2014, Bombeck has led a variety of areas, including digital and experience design, data and analytics, agile transformation, and the firm's revenue and growth strategy. He has served on North Highland's board since 2018, and the Metro Atlanta Chamber's board of directors since 2022.
