Ariel is a career consultant who has experience at both large and small firms around the world and specializes in strategy and transformation in highly regulated industries. While her earlier career focused on strategy, operating models, and M&A work for Financial Services clients, she more recently has been driving growth, building a strong, sustainable team, and developing client relationships leading multiple accounts in the Life Sciences sector. Ariel is an avid football fan, both American and European, and although having two small children has put a hold on some more adventurous travel, she still enjoys getting out for a hike or walk on the beach.
