North Highland Invests in Chicago Growth with Addition of Two Local Leaders

CHICAGO - October 27, 2026 - North Highland today announced the addition of Deb Morrison, Managing Director, and Molly Stephens, Senior Director of Business Development, to its Chicago office. Their appointments signal North Highland's continued investment in Chicago as a priority growth market.

“Chicago is an important market for North Highland, and we’re investing in the people and relationships that will help us grow here,” said Anthony Shaw, Global CEO of North Highland. “Deb and Molly bring deep experience in this market, strong client relationships and the entrepreneurial mindset we value. They’re exactly the kind of leaders we want building our next chapter here.”

Morrison and Stephens both join North Highland from Slalom, bringing deep consulting, client and market-building experience in Chicago.

Morrison brings 30 years of management and technology consulting experience supporting client relationships across retail and consumer products, financial services, manufacturing and professional services. At North Highland, she is leading the firm's Chicago expansion, focused on growing the local team, building client and partner relationships and strengthening its presence in the business community.

Stephens brings nearly three decades of experience in business growth, market development and client leadership, including playing a key role in Slalom’s Chicago growth. She is known for connecting people, ideas and opportunities to build strong client relationships and create new avenues for growth. At North Highland, she is focused on building the firm’s presence, client relationships and growth in Chicago.

"There's a real opportunity to build something meaningful in Chicago," said Morrison. "North Highland combines the agility and entrepreneurial spirit to move quickly with the capabilities and track record of an established global consulting firm. That's a powerful combination for our clients and for what we're building here."
