Ruth joined North Highland as a management consultant in 2019 and has over 17 years of experience leading large-scale, complex projects within multiple industries including the public sector, healthcare, and utilities. Ruth is an expert in program and project delivery management, system integration and implementation, process improvement, enterprise transformation, digital transformation, procurement, strategy, roadmap planning, and financial management. She has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Master of Public Affairs (MPAff) from the University of Texas-Austin.
