North Highland is proud to be shortlisted in three categories at the 2026 Management Consultancies Association (MCA) Awards, recognising our work across social value, international transformation, and people and leadership.
As always, this year’s judging process was rigorous. More than 50 independent judges reviewed every entry blind, with no knowledge of the submitting firm, and some categories attracted over 40 entries. Reaching the shortlist across three of them is something the whole firm can be proud of.
Social Value: Show Racism the Red Card
North Highland is shortlisted in the Social Value category in partnership with Show Racism the Red Card (SRtRC), the UK’s leading anti-racism education charity. Despite its national reach, SRtRC struggled to evidence the full impact of its work to funders and policymakers. Working pro bono, North Highland co-created an accessible impact measurement system that consolidated data from across all UK regions, automated reporting workflows, and saved the team over eight hours of admin each month.
“The achievements of the North Highland team within just six weeks helped us to significantly improve what took us years to develop on our own. We are now better positioned than ever to secure funding, expand our reach, and continue our mission to tackle racism through education.” - Ged Grebby, Chief Executive, Show Racism the Red Card
People and Leadership: Haleon
North Highland is also shortlisted in the People and Leadership category for our work with Haleon, a world leader in consumer health. Haleon’s R&D function needed to move beyond fragmented workforce development and build genuine digital and AI fluency across the organisation. North Highland co-created a people-first learning ecosystem grounded in over 10,000 pages of research, fully integrated with Haleon’s systems, and designed so that capability continues to grow independently of any consulting support.
“The train-the-trainer model and change network have empowered our people to lead, not just follow, change.” - Research and Development Capability Lead, Haleon
North Highland is a proud member of the MCA and we continue to put forward our best client work each year. Being shortlisted in three categories reflects the strength of those partnerships.
The MCA Awards are the most coveted and prestigious in our industry, and making the finalist shortlist in 3 categories is a great achievement. It’s testament to the value we bring to our clients and the calibre of our people. - Anthony Shaw, CEO EMEA, North Highland
International: King Saud University
In the International category, North Highland is recognised for our work with King Saud University (KSU) in Saudi Arabia.
The 2026 MCA Award winners will be announced at the ceremony later this year.
